Throughout your stay, we will ensure the most protected and worry-free environment possible. The commitment to the health and safety of our guests is and will always be our top priority.
Some key measures across all facilities and services throughout your stay are summarized below.
Training of the staff regarding Covid-19 health & safety protocols.
Τechnology where possible for contactless solutions eg. check in.
While face-to-face interactions may be more limited, we will remain as connected as ever.
Guests and employees must practice social distancing. All seating is arranged to ensure physical distance is maintained.
Labels with useful guidelines on how to ensure our guests’ health & safety.
Full PCR testing is available on site, upon request. We can arrange a test for you 72-hours before your flight home.
Hand sanitizer is available in key places.
The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing is increased and that applies to all public spaces with an emphasis on deep cleaning high traffic areas and back of house frequent contact surfaces & items.
Enhanced in room cleaning using covid-free certified products and cleaning in high temperatures of all bed linen, towels and fabrics.
Check in at 15.00 and check out at 11.00 am/ to ensure there is sufficient time to deep clean the rooms for new guests.
Turn down service during the stay is only upon request. Fresh towels are at our guests’ disposal 24 hours. We recommend guests vacate the room during housekeeping and/or any maintenance issue resolution.
Steam cleaners are used for the disinfection of fabric surfaces.
Plenty of decorative items are suspended.
Fully-stocked mini bar & tea-coffee facilities available upon request.
Non-residents are not allowed to enter in guest rooms.
A complete medical kit is available at the Front Office.
Doctor available for consultation.
Spa treatments available by appointment. Adequate time is given for the effective ventilation and disinfection of the area. Guests must wear face masks during treatments.
Babysitting services will be available, taking all precautionary measures, using all protective equipment & regular sanitization.
We have also amended our cancellation policy and more flexible policies apply. We understand that things can change at the very last minute. In the event you are unable to travel due to infection, local bans or travel restrictions, you enjoy the reassurance that we will work closely with you to manage any booking changes on a case-by-case basis, helping you move your dates or adjust your stay wherever possible.
