Driving from Iraklion/Rethymnon to Casa Delfino, you must drive west on the national road and exit at Mournies - G. Hospital - Chania, turning right towards Chania's city centre. Driving on that road, you will pass two supermarkets, Lidl and Champion. Continue driving about 1 km until you find yourself in front of the Municipal Market (a cross-shaped building on the map). Turning left at the traffic light brings you to Chatzimichali Giannari Street which soon becomes Skalidi Street. *From Skalidi Street, turn right onto Piraeus street, you will see a large sign for Carrefour and Parking.Pass this complex and continue to the end of Piraeus Street until you see the sea. Turn right and drive 50 meters to the free public parking lot at Talos Square. Walk 80m up Theotokopoulou Street and turn left, walking approximately 15 meters, until you reach Casa Delfino. Look for our signs with the two dolphins in white and blue.
Driving from the Chania airport to Casa Delfino, take the road to the Chania city centre. Drive on Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, which leads you to the Municipal Market. Drive on Chatzimichali Giannari Street which then becomes Skalidi Street. Follow the Skalidi Street directions (*above) until you reach Casa Delfino. The old walled town invites visitors to become lost in the theatrical bustle of shops, markets, taverns, bars, and street life. Due to the charming character of Chania, car parking is limited. If you reach Casa Delfino, by rental car, please download the map and follow the instructions. A porter will be available to help with your baggage between 07:00 and 23:00 (+30 28210 87400). If you arrive by taxi, taxis can bring you to our doorstep until 11:00 a.m. After that, there is a drop off area at the end of Theotokopoulou Street. Carry the number for Casa Delfino with you, and your taxi driver can call for our porter to meet you and your luggage.
If you have a rental car you may park your car in one of the public spaces indicated on our map and walk a short distance to Casa Delfino. Likewise, carry our number with you and call with you mobile phone so that our porter may meet you at the end of Theotokopoulou . If you are not traveling with a mobile phone and would like assistance with your luggage, please leave your bags in your car and inform us at the reception, as we are more then happy to retrieve them for you. Casa Delfino is located with in the Venetian walls of Chania and in the heart of the old town, just 17 km from the Chania airport and 7 km from the port of Souda Bay.
